Defoamer series

Defoamer series products are defoamers specially developed for the latex glove process, mainly used in the production process of nitrile latex / natural rubber latex gloves, added to the glue tank or any process link that is prone to produce bubbles, to reduce the production of bubbles, reduce defects such asholes, and improve the yield of products.

Method of use: Add directly to the glue tank at a certain ratio, or add to the solidification tank at a certain ratio, and slowly until uniform. Defoam 6010 can also be diluted with water before adding to any of the above processes. Defoam 603 is not recommended to be diluted with water for use, as direct dilution with water can easily lead to stratification, affecting defoaming efficiency. Long-term storage result in stratification or slight precipitation, which is a normal phenomenon. It is recommended to stir slightly before use to avoid affecting use.

Packaging: 200kg/barrel.

Storage conditions, store at room temperature (5℃~40℃), it is recommended to use within 12 months from the date of production.
