Wetting agent series

Wetting agent PEWETTER series products is designed for latex gloves process development of non-ion wetting agent, mainly used in nitrile latex gloves / natural latex gloves production process, add in the immersion solidification tank or add in the latex, enhance the wetting of substrate, improve the spread on the hand mold, reduce the glove film pinhole defects, improve the product yield.

Method: add directly in the rubber tank in a certain proportion, or in a certain proportion, and slowly stir until even; or dilute with water and then add in the above two processes. Long time storage may appear layered or a little precipitation, which is a normal phenomenon, it is recommended to stir slightly before use, so as not to affect the use.

Packaging: 200kg / rubber barrel.

Storage conditions, storage at room temperature (5℃ ~40℃), recommended to use within 12 months from the production date.
